Joined what was then Neill Griffin Jeffries & Lloyd in 1983 in a general civil practice, which has included: litigation and trial of various types of cases -– from auto accidents, to legal and medical malpractice, to commercial disputes, foreclosure and property rights litigation — with a current focus on representing landowners in eminent domain cases; real estate transactions representing buyers and sellers, and acting as title and closing agent; and, business law, including forming and supporting business entities, and asset and entity sales.
Has also been Town Attorney of St. Lucie Village, Florida,
since 1989, and, in 2017, was engaged as the attorney for the District Board of Trustees of Indian River State College.
Has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Court Mediator from 2007 to date.
