Wills and Trusts
Attorney Brandon Hale was born in Virginia Beach, VA to a military family where he spent most of his early years moving from base to base along the eastern coast. Upon his father’s retirement from the U.S. Navy, he and his family settled in Port Saint Lucie where Brandon attended Treasure Coast High School until his graduation in the spring of 2011. After graduating from Treasure Coast High, Brandon left to attend the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, where he pursued and received a bachelor’s degree in Criminology with a minor in Political Science.
After graduating from USF in 2016, Brandon attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida where he fast tracked his studies and completed law school in just 2 ½ years. While in law school, Brandon concentrated his studies in Civil Litigation, participating and competing in both the Nationally ranked #7 Florida Coastal Moot Court Honor Board and Florida Coastal Mock Trial Competition Team. During this time, Brandon also served as the teaching assistant for Torts I, Torts II, and Trusts and Estates, as well as clerked at a premier AV rated Jacksonville personal injury firm.
Following Brandon’s graduation from law school, Brandon was hired here at Neill Griffin Marquis, PLLC where he is beginning his career as a lawyer. Brandon was a first time Bar exam passer and as of April 2019, is now a practicing attorney within our office. As a new attorney, establishing a respectable reputation for excellence in the local community is of Brandon’s highest priority, and he strives to provide unparalleled representation while creating positive life-long relationships with his clients. Brandon’s practice primarily focuses on serving those in need along the Treasure Coast in the fields of Guardianship, Probate and Estate Planning, and welcomes anyone in need of legal assistance in these areas to give him a call.
Brandon loves the outdoors and can often be found fishing the waters off and around the Treasure Coast. As a NAUI certified open water Scuba diver, Brandon has a passion for diving and enjoys exploring the various crystal-clear springs and beautiful offshore dive sites that Florida has to offer. When avoiding the sun, Brandon enjoys cooking out and spending time with his family and friends.
